You know, seals are basically the dogs of the sea. They’re also pretty groovy. And technically seals and pups are in the same suborder, Caniformia. Whether you call ’em dog mermaids or ocean puppies, their big eyes, whiskery snouts, furry bodies, and playful personalities give them a more than passing resemblance to man’s best friend. So how about a Seal of Approval on a seal-puppy-soft Triblend T-shirt?

This design is modeled after a medal anthropomorphized with the snout of a happy  seal pup. See the sea lion? Maybe the joke is little corny, but a little silliness never hurt the world. We’ve got the pointy outer ribbon encircling contoured text at the top. The lower two-thirds is simplified, rounded–no edginess here–style of animal snout reminiscent of childhood cartoons and friendship. It tells you in the in small text where the shirt is coming from (Destroy the Comics). This version of the design is for our light colored T-shirts (the nose has a spot here), we also have an alternative version for dark colored T-shirts.

Our shirts have a slimmish, tapered fit that isn't too tight or too loose. Slim fit varies a lot between brands, but we'd consider this in the slim family, with enough roominess to be comfortable. Some call this fashion slim fit or semi-fitted.

How to Care for Your Sweet Shirt

Machine wash cold inside out to protect the print, no bleach. Pretreatment may remain on your made-to-order shirt which will add a harder, rougher texture (it's to help the print look good), the first wash will remove it and make everything nice and soft. Tumble dry low. Iron low, but avoid print.
