How long does it take to get my stuff?

Typically in 3-10 business days for domestic orders (processing time + shipping time). That’s from the moment your order is placed.

Shirts

Since we have to make the shirt first before we ship it out (our shirts are made-to-order), merchandise is shipped from our printing facility 2-3 business days after purchase. After that, economy shipping/transit times apply (2-7 days for domestic and 4-15 days for international, shipping times can vary with conditions).

The typical range is 4-9 business days after you place an order, accounting for processing, production, and shipping time. 

The distance from our printing facility in Detroit, MI will tell you approximately how long something will take to arrive. Michigan and parts of IN and OH should arrive in 1 day. Moving further out, say to the west coast like CA, shipping times are closer to the 6 day end of the scale. We use economy shipping to minimize shipping costs. Please be patient, we’re trying to keep prices low.

In any case, you can log in to your account (if you have one) to check for order updates/tracking details or contact us and we’ll track it down.

Stickers

We keep stickers on hand and mail those out in envelopes with postage which will typically be done within 1 business day. They’re small and flat so they just go by regular First Class Mail aka the same type of postage used by regular letters. That gets delivered in 1-3 business days depending on conditions and distance from CA, so you can typically expect your stickers in 2-4 business days from the time you place your order.

Tracking is not available for stickers since we just ship those First Class in regular envelopes. We’re considering a fancy technological solution to track First Class mail in the future, so stay tuned.

Where do you ship?

We ship to every state in the United States. We also ship to pretty much every other country in the world, additional charges apply. Full tracking may not be available in some countries.

The countries we do not ship to are:

  • Cuba
  • Falkland Islands
  • Iran
  • North Korea
  • Somalia
  • Sudan

We ship using the most economical method possible to keep prices low.

Domestic Shipping (USA)

T-shirts: $4.99 for the first item + $1.50 for each additional item

Stickers: FREE!

International Shipping (Rest of the World)

T-shirts: $7.50 for the first item + $5.95 for each additional item

Stickers: $1/item

How can I check the status of my order?

You’ll receive an email notification with order details once your order is received.

You can always check your order status using your Order ID and billing email address on the Track Your Order page, if you don’t have an account.

You can check for order updates on your account orders page if you have created an account. Look through the list of orders, find the order you want, and click the View button next to it. A page showing any order updates and tracking details will be loaded.

If you’re still having trouble tracking your order, you can contact us and we’ll do our best to find your stuff.

What if I put the wrong address or a nonexistent address?

Contact us as soon as possible. If it hasn’t entered production yet, we can put it on hold and fix it easily. If it has already shipped or entered production, we can still make it right, just contact us.

Sometimes you won’t notice entering a wrong address, but we’ll be notified of a delivery failure by the shipping carrier. That can happen when the address is undeliverable, the package remains unclaimed, or it is refused/returned by the customer. In that case, we’ll contact you and see how you want to proceed.

If you created an account and want to change your default shipping address, you can just click on the My Account link at the top, then click on Addresses on your account page. Or you can just click here to edit your default addresses.

I never received my order or items in my order. What do I do?

First, check behind bushes/trees/cars/things, in front of your garage, and with your neighbors. Double check the tracking info and verify it shows as delivered.

Sometimes, if somehow our address verification software didn’t catch that an undeliverable address was entered, your package may have been returned.

Still can’t find it? Contact us as soon as possible and we’ll get things sorted out. Sometimes things get held up by the shipping company, they deliver to a weird location, or they drop it off at the wrong address. 

In any case, let us know and we’ll resolve the issue or get a replacement out to you ASAP.

Can I make changes to my order if it hasn’t shipped yet?

Maybe. If it hasn’t entered production yet, we can put it on hold and make changes or cancel the order for a full refund. If it’s already in production, you’ll need to go through our regular Returns process.

Are there taxes on international orders? Who pays the customs duties & taxes?

International shipments may incur customs fees depending on the country and their regulations. You’ll have to check with your local postal carrier.

From our research, some countries have a minimum order amount to trigger fees (like Brazil, where you only get taxed if it’s over $50 of goods). Taxes range widely depending on the country, but we’ve seen anywhere from 5% (Canada) to 25%+ (Sweden) of the order value and sometimes additional fees.Import taxes, VAT, sales tax. customs fees, etc.

Taxes and fees are charged to the customer (you) by your local government customs agency when you get your package. Sorry, we can’t do anything about that.

Do you charge shipping for returns and exchanges?

Typically, return shipping for domestic orders is free. Return shipping costs may apply to international orders.

Do stickers ship separately from T-shirts?

Yup. Our shirts are shipped directly from the printer in Detroit, MI while our stickers come from our HQ in San Jose, CA. That’s why you might get your stuff on different days or times.
